On 7/21/2017 at about 4 p.m. troopers responded to the area of S/B Rt. 13 and Revel’s Neck Road, Somerset County, Maryland for a reported four vehicle motor vehicle collision.
Investigation revealed that Vehicle #1, a Green GMC truck operated by James Price 46 years old from Maryland failed to control his speed to avoid a collision and struck the rear of vehicle #2; a black Ford Focus operated by Jessica Fay Eisenhart 29 years old. Eisenhart was transported to PRMC for minor injuries.
As a result of the initial collision, vehicle #2 collided with vehicle #3 a Silver GMC SUV operated by Sherry Leigh Hooks 47 years old of Maryland. Vehicle #3 then struck Vehicle #4, a White Chrysler 300 operated by Melissa Renee Linton 27 years old.
S/B Rt. 13 traffic was significantly impacted during this incident due to the EMS personnel and the removal of the vehicles.
