Police say a Bath woman will appear in court next month after she allegedly used her car to nudge a teenager. Deputies said 76-year-old Marjorie Carson was charged with reckless driving and endangering the welfare of a child. According to a press release, Carson wanted to park near Champlin Beach in Urbana, but a 16-year-old boy was standing in the way.
