The Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) arrested Dyllian S. Taggart, 18 of Delevan, NY for multiple counts of Burglary 3rd degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Criminal Trespass and Criminal Mischief.
Chester F. Piwowarczyk, 18 of Springville, NY was arrested for multiple counts of Burglary 3rd degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Criminal Trespass and Criminal Mischief.

Two juvenile females and three juvenile males were also arrested and petitioned to Family Court.
The New York State Police, Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Department and the Village of Arcade Police Department have arrested five juveniles and two adults for a series of commercial burglaries and criminal mischiefs that occurred over a seven day period in Cattaraugus and Wyoming Counties. This crime spree included burglaries to Fresh Vapes located in Yorkshire, Addie’s Custard Ice Cream Shop located in Yorkshire, Lime Lake Snack Shack located in Machias, the Lakehouse Restaurant located in Machias and the Little Red Caboose Ice Cream Shop located in Arcade. Other criminal charges are criminal trespass to the Barbershop located in Yorkshire and criminal mischief to Pierce Milling located in Delevan, NY.
Taggart was remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail on $50,000 bail.
Piwowarczyk was remanded to the Wyoming County Jail on $10,000 bail.
