8/5/17 2:32am- State Police arrested Richard D. Sexton, 47, of Bolivar. According to the blotter, he was charged with driving while intoxicated in the Village of Richburg.
8/5/17 9:53pm- During a traffic stop on State Route 19 in the Town of Wellsville, State Police arrested Adam M. Prescott, 30, of Wellsville. He was charged with driving while intoxicated and having a BAC above .08%. He was released on tickets for court.
8/5/17 9:45pm- State Police arrested Eric J. Kaczor, 34, of Caneadea. He was charged with three counts of criminal contempt for allegedly violating an order of protection. The incident occurred in the Town of Portville. He was released on his own recognizance.
8/5/17 2:34pm- New York State Troopers have arrested a Bradford, PA man on felony and other counts following an incident July 10th in Hornellsville. Troopers said 61-year-old David Emerson was charged with felony 1st degree sexual abuse as well as forcible touching, unlawful imprisonment and endangering the welfare of a child. He was initially jailed on bond.
