“It is disappointing that Governor Cuomo cancelled a scheduled meeting with the Seneca Nation and then could not be bothered to meet with the Nation on his recent trips to make announcements in the Southern Tier. The Compact must be discussed to find a cooperative path forward. Our local municipalities and taxpayers are in need of a resolution. We have successfully brought the Governor’s office and Seneca Nation together to solve problems in the past and offer to do so again – we would happily facilitate a meeting at any time.”
