Wellsville Man Arrested for Driving While Intoxicated After Accident

PRESS RELEASE 
On August 13, 2017, Troopers arrested Schyler S. Kling, 22 of Wellsville, NY, for Driving While Intoxicated.
Troopers on patrol came across a one-car rollover accident on River Road in the Town of Wellsville. While interviewing the driver, the odor of an alcoholic beverage was allegedly detected.  Standard Field Sobriety Tests were conducted which Kling subsequently failed, Troopers said.  He was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated  and transported to SP Amity for processing where he recorded a 0.14% BAC.  He was released on tickets and is due in the Town of Wellsville Court on 8/23/2017 at 10:00 a.m.
