"On September 20th from 9 a.m. - 10:30 a.m., the ACCORD Allegany Business Center will be holding an informational workshop on the NYS Certification for Minority and Women-owned Businesses, commonly known as the M/WBE Certification. This certification increases potential access to government contracts for local businesses that are at least 51% owned and operated by women and/or minorities.
