Ardent Solutions Press Release: Living Healthy With Chronic Pain Workshop Series
Ardent Solutions invites community members to participate in a Living Healthy With Chronic Pain workshop series scheduled for Tuesdays; October 3 – November 14, 2017; 9:30 a.m. - noon at the Wellsville YMCA, 133 Bolivar Road, Wellsville, NY 14895. The workshop is open to the public.
The “Living Healthy With Chronic Pain” program was developed by the Stanford Patient Education Research Center. The workshop is a six-session, health education and physical activity program designed to help individuals who experience chronic pain of any type. Participants will develop the skills needed for day-to-day management of chronic pain in order to maintain and/or increase life’s activities.
Each session builds upon the previous week making it extremely important to attend all sessions. There is a ten dollar registration fee to enroll in the program. Scholarships are available upon request. Pre-registration is required by September 29, 2017 by contacting Ardent Solutions at 585-593-1738.
