Four jailed after drug overdose

Four people, one from Allegany County and three from Steuben County are inmates in the Steuben County Jail today. They are accused of funneling drugs from the Rochester area to Hornell. On Thursday, one person suffered a drug overdose and was revived by Narcan. Police charged Keith Cline, 27 of Belfast, Jessica Davis, 25, Damon Flurschutz, 24, both of Hornell,  with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Assault. Police also charged Amanda Alexin, 23, of Hornell with two counts each of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Assault. The Steuben County District Attorney says additional charges are possible and police continue to actively investigate. All four will return to Hornell City court next week.
