Pennsylvania State Police say a man was shot in the abdomen during a domestic dispute Monday afternoon. The incident occurred at 12:30 p.m. at 2850 State Route 49 in Westfield Township. Troopers said Debora Sipps, 57, of Westfield discharged a firearm inside the home striking David Sipps, 29, also of Westfield. The investigation is continues and Mansfield-based State Police provided no additional information.
