Credit/Debit card skimmers are devices criminals plant at point of sale machines, like ATM's, gas pumps and more. This activity has been largely confined to metro areas, but today, State Police assigned to Allegany County are busy looking into alleged crimes in the Fillmore area.
Investigators confirmed, in general, that Troopers were busy conducting interviews in the northern part of the county regarding skimmer devices.
