A Whitesville woman, who had faced a class D felony drug crime, was able to have that charge reduced to a low level misdemeanor. In Allegany County court on Wednesday, Alicia A. Flamini, 29, of Old Country Road was given a conditional discharge by Judge Terry Parker. On July 23rd, she was charged with felony 5th degree criminal sale of a controlled substance but ended up pleading to criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree. The crime occurred on East Dyke Street in Wellsville when Flamini allegedly gave a narcotic substance to another person for consumption.
