Two teenagers were arrested by State Police Friday afternoon following an alleged larency that occurred November 20th in the town of Alma. According to Troopers, a 15-year-old Wellsville boy and a 16-year-old Alma boy were each charged with felony 4th degree grand larceny involving a credit card. Judicial action is pending.
