On December 20th at approximately 8:00 p.m. following an investigation into a domestic dispute Cuba Police arrested Michael T. Roberts, 24, of Olean on charges of criminal obstruction of breathing (misdemeanor), menacing 2nd (Misdemeanor) and assault 3rd (Misdemeanor). These charges stem from an incident where Roberts allegedly displayed a firearm and threatened a female victim. Roberts was processed and sent to the Allegany County Jail on $2,000.00 bail. Roberts is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The Cuba Police Department would like to thank the Cattaragus County Sheriff’s Office and the Olean Police Department for their assistance.
