On December 8, 2017 the manager at Twin Tiers Outifitters, 3101 Constitution Avenue in Allegany reported that on Thursday, December 7, 2017 around 5:45 p.m. a male subject stole a pair of Pursuit Performance fleece boots. As a result of the investigation by deputies with the help of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Facebook page, the suspect was allegedly identified as Corey W. Bilby, 31, of 4338 State Route 275 in Friendship. On Tuesday, December 19, 2017 Mr. Bilby turned himself in to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office. Mr. Bilby was issued an appearance ticket for Petit Larceny and will appear in Town of Allegany Court on a later date.
