PRESS RELEASEOn December 7 at 7:44p.m., Troopers arrested Jon M. Taylor of Wellsville, NY for driving while intoxicated.
Taylor was stopped on State Route 19 in the Town of Willing after he allegedly failed to stop at the stop sign at the intersection of St Rt 19 and St Rt 248. While interviewing Taylor the odor of alcoholic beverage was allegedly present. Taylor was given Standard Field Sobriety Test's in which he failed. Taylor was taken to SP Amity for processing where he registered a .12% BAC.
Taylor was issued traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Willing Court for December 2017.
