Wellsville woman arrested after ruckus on Rauber Street

Wellsville Police early this morning arrested Karisa L. Bleeks, age 34 of Wellsville, charging her with disorderly conduct, obstructing governmental administration 2nd and unlawful possession of marijuana.  The charges stem from an incident that took place on Rauber Street. Bleeks was processed and arraigned before Associate Wellsville Village Judge Walsh.  Bleeks was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $250.00 cash bail.  Bleeks is due back in Wellsville Village Court on December 19th at 4:30 p.m.
