Allegany County Sheriff Ricky Whitney reports that on January 9, 2018, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Tristan R. Collins, age 20 of Belfast, charging him with Tampering with Physical Evidence following an incident that occurred at the Allegany County Probation Department. Collins was processed and transported to the Town of Friendship Court where he was arraigned and remanded to the Allegany County Jail with bail set in the amount of $2,000 cash or $4,000 insurance bond.  Collins will reappear in the Town of Amity Court on a later date for additional court action.

On January 9, 2018, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Crystal L. Smith-Logue, age 39 of Pennsylvania on an Allegany County Violation of Probation Warrant. Smith-Logue was taken into custody at the Allegany County Probation Department, processed, and arraigned in County Court where she was released on her own recognizance.
