On January 3rd, 2018 at approximately 9:46 p.m. following a one car motor vehicle accident on North Shore Road, Cuba Police arrested Thomas M. Porchia, 35, of Andover, New York. Porchia was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 1st (Felony), driving while intoxicated (misdemeanor), driving while intoxicated with blood alcohol content over .08% (misdemeanor), fail to keep right and un-inspected motor vehicle. Porchia was processed and arraigned by Cuba Town Justice Tuttle and released. Porchia is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
