2/15/18 3:45pm- After investigating an alleged sex crime in the village of Canaseraga, state police arrested Charles A. Sullivan, 35, of Cameron. He was charged with two counts of felony disseminating indecent material to a minor and two misdemeanor counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Bail was set at $1,000 cash. The incident was reported October 25, 2017.
2/15/18 10:30am- State police arrested a man for a sex crime that allegedly occurred in Lindley on December 4, 2017. State police arrested Benjamin T. Smith, 25, of Beaver Dams. He was charged with 2nd degree rape where the victim was under the age of 15.
2/16/18 5:55am- State police arrested Joseph E. White, 25, of Canisteo. He was charged with driving while impaired by drugs, aggravated unlicensed operation and two traffic infractions. He was stopped by troopers in the town of Addison. Court action is pending.
