Wyoming County Sheriff's Blotter

Matthew T. Dixon, 39, of Silver Springs was arrested after investigation into an unwanted guest complaint.  Wyoming County deputies were dispatched to Orchard Street in the Village of Silver Springs where a complainant reported Dixon was attempting to break down their front door.  Dixon left the scene while deputies were enroute, and he was then found at his own residence.  Following the investigation, Dixon was taken into custody for Driving While Intoxicated.  Dixon was charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated – BAC .18% or Higher, Driving With .08% BAC or Higher, and Driving While Intoxicated.  Dixon was arraigned in the Town of Warsaw Court where bail was set in the amount of $10,000.00 cash bail or bond.  Dixon was held in the Wyoming County Jail to await a March 12, 2018 court appearance in the Village of Silver Springs court.
