4/21/18 3:36pm- After investigating a complaint in the town of Amity, state police arrested Darren W. Jones, 39, of Clarksville. he was charged with obstructing governmental administration. Court action is pending.4/22/18 12:58am- During a traffic stop on North Main Street in Alfred, state police arrested Nicholas D. Poindexter, 24, of Buffalo. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, BAC above .08%, moving from a lane unsafely and failure to keep right. He'll appear in court at a later date.
4/22/18 5:19am- After investigating an incident on State Route 244 in the town of Amity, state police arrested Madison O. Smith, 19, of Frewsburg. She was charged with disorderly conduct. She was issued and appearance ticket and released.
4/21/18/5:17pm- During a traffic stop on Seneca Road in the town of Hornellsville, state police arrested Cassidy M. Unterborn, 30, of Rochester. She was charged with felony 3rd degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, felony criminal possession of a weapon, felony possession of a defaced weapon, unlawful possession of pot and failure to stop at a stop sign. Arraigned in court, she was committed to the Steuben County Jail. Bail was set at $100,000.
