Amity-based state police have filed 16 charges against a Shinglehouse, PA man following an incident Tuesday night on Kansas Hollow Road in Bolivar. Troopers said they arrested Jason M. Tilley, age 31. Three of the charges are felony counts, to include 1st degree reckless endangerment, driving while intoxicated and having a BAC above .08%. He also faces misdemeanor crimes to include conspiracy, making a false written statement, leaving the scene of an injury crash and reckless driving. A check with the Allegany County Sheriff's Office indicates here was not incarcerated there this morning. The total list of charges includes:
