Coudersport man faces felony charge in Wellsville

Wellsville Police arrested Samuel E. Hankins, age 26 of Coudersport, PA, charging him with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 3rd (Class D Felony).  The charge stems from an incident that took place on the Bolivar Road where Hankins was found in possession of a vehicle that was reported stolen from Pennsylvania.  Hankins was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor.  Hankins was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $10,000.00 cash bail or $20,000.00 property bond.  Hankins is due back in Wellsville Village Court on June 19th at 4:30 p.m.
