Changes are happening for two well established business that operate in Wellsville. H&R Block and Fox Financial, once a fixture on Wellsville's east side in the town has jumped to the western edge of the village. The business, which was located in the Northern Lights Plaza on Andover Road is now in the Riverwalk Plaza on Bolivar Road. |

"Signs" also suggest changes for Fassett Lane Building and Home Center. Several contractors have reported that the business has been sold and is moving, sort of. The main showroom, which faces Bolivar Road, will relocate to its original spot a few hundred yards away on Fassett Lane in the town of Wellsville. The business sign on the newer building has already been moved to the older, original facility. In addition, the business has reportedly been sold to a local concern. Contractors tell us the 'new' location on Fassett Lane should open in a few weeks. Meanwhile, the building that houses the current operation is also being sold, we're told. Contractors tell us another local company will potentially move some of its non-retail, commercial operations to the Bolivar Road building. Properties that house unrelated retail operations to the east of Fassett Lane Building and Home Center have also reportedly been sold. Those retailers are expected to continue with business as usual.
