PENN YAN — U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand has endorsed Tracy Mitrano for New York’s 23rd Congressional District.
“I’m thrilled to endorse Tracy Mitrano as she brings her message of “putting people first” to her campaign to represent New York’s 23rd Congressional District,” Senator Gillibrand said. “Tracy has the smarts and grit to fight for working and middle class families. She will fight to bring economic opportunity to Western NY and the Southern Tier. She will fight for affordable healthcare for all. She will fight for quality educational opportunities for every child. She will fight to rebuild the crumbling infrastructure across the district and for reliable internet access.
