Additional court action is pending for the Eldred man who allegedly threatened concert-goers at Darien Lake last month. Twenty-five year old Seth Kronenwetter was charged with making a terroristic threat and aggravated harassment. He was arraigned Tuesday and released under supervision. The Genesee County Sheriff's Office said the incident occurred July 13th. Other details were not released. Kronenwetter is scheduled to return to court August 27th.
