Retired Conservation Police Officer supports Whitney for Sheriff

Dear Allegany County Voters,

We are privileged to have an extraordinary and professional Law Enforcement official leading the Allegany County Sheriff's Office. We deserve to continue to have an experienced and professional person to do this job. As a retired NY State Conservation Police Officer, I have worked with very many Police Agencies and Officers here in Allegany County. I have seen many Sheriff's Office support letters from former Police Chiefs and other officials who recommend the re-election of Sheriff Rick Whitney.

I will be voting for Rick Whitney this coming September and again in November and I recommend that you do the same. Please consult with your friends, neighbors, and relatives, particularly those who work for agencies that regularly deal with the Sheriff’s Office. This includes current employees of the Sheriff’s Office, local police agencies, firemen, fire police, rescue squad members, etc. These men and women will be able to tell you first hand why we need a competent and experienced man of Rick Whitney’s caliber to continue to supervise our Sheriff's Office.
