Notice on Hearing on Preliminary Budget
Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Chapter 78 of the 1981 New York State Laws, that the Board of Comissioners of the Rushford Lake Recreation District will hold a hearing on the preliminary budget proposed for the year 2019, at which time all may be heard.
DATE OF THE PUBLIC HEARING: Saturday, August 25, 2018 T
IME OF HEARING: 9:00 a.m.
PLACE OF HEARING: Rushford Town Hall Meeting Room
Further, a copy of the preliminary 2019 budget is available at the RLRD office in the Rushford Town Hall, where it may be inspected after August 15 by any interested person during regular office hours: Tuesdays and Fridays 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and Saturdays 9:00 a.m. - noon.
