State Police investigate fatal accident in the town of Pulteney

PRESS RELEASE

On August 25, 2018, the New York State Police from the Bath barracks responded to a fatal motor vehicle collision in the town of Pulteney.
At approximately 8:28 p.m., Gregory L. Miller, age 56, of Branchport, NY, was operating a 2015 Suzuki Motorcycle northbound on State Route 54A when for an unknown reason, he crossed the double solid line and struck another vehicle, a 2015 Jeep, that was traveling south. Miller was ejected from the motorcycle during the collision, and he was subsequently pronounced deceased at Ira Davenport Hospital.  Investigation of this accident is continuing.
