Alma couple faces felony burglary charges in Wellsville

State police Sunday night arrested James R. Miller, 31, and Cheyenne M. Miller, 27, both from Alma. Both were charged with a single count of 3rd degree burglary, a class D felony. Arraigned in court, they were remanded to the Allegany County Jail. Bail for each was set at $10,000 cash or $20,000 property bond. They will return to town of Wellsville Court September 12th. Troopers said the alleged crime occurred in Wellsville August 29th.
