Today at 8:36 a.m. the Andover Police Department stopped a vehicle on County Road 12 in the town of Andover for speeding.  During the stop Andover Police Chief Jim Rumfelt was advised by Allegany County dispatch that Amity-based Troopers had an active warrant for the driver for Criminal Trespass 3rd and Reckless Endangerment 2nd.

Andover Police Department arrested Donald K. Baker, 26, of Angelica, NY on the warrant.  Baker was turned over to State Police for processing.
