The Andover Police Department has found several hypodermic needles in the village near East Center St., Church St and Pleasant St.  Andover Police Chief Jim Rumfelt says these needles "appeared to have been used and tossed on the side of the road and into the storm drains." The Andover Police Department is currently reviewing cameras in the area. If you see anything or anyone that appears suspicious please report it. IF YOU SEE A NEEDLE ON THE GROUND DO NOT TOUCH IT!!!! Call the Allegany County Dispatch at 1-585-268-9600 and they will send Law Enforcement.
