The Cattaraugus County Sheriff's office has arrested a 73-year-old man in the shooting death of his 46-year-old son. The incident happened at 2:45 a.m. Friday in the home the men shared at 206 Mill Street in South Dayton. Richard L. Tyma Sr. was charged with 2nd degree murder. He is accused of shooting and killing his son, Daniel Tyma. Arraigned in court, Tyma Sr. was remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail. A judge denied bail.
