On November 17, 2018, SP Amity Troopers arrested Kody A. Ensign, 21, of Waterford, PA (Erie County) for Criminal Possession of a Weapon.

During a traffic stop on I-86 west in the town of Cuba, Troopers allegedly discovered Ensign possessed a pistol in his vehicle for which he did not have a permit.

Ensign was arrested and issued appearance tickets for Cuba Town Court, where he is due to appear in December.
