Felony criminal charges have now been filed against a Rochester woman following a deadly crash in Greenwood last year. 58-year-old Nancy Alvarez was charged by state police this week with manslaughter, 1st degree reckless endangerment and criminal possession of a controlled substance. The charges stems from a crash August 21, 2017. Alvarez was detained for court action.
