...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 1 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO 6 AM EST THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Lake effect snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 3
  to 6 inches expected in the most persistent lake snows. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph also producing areas of blowing snow.

* WHERE...Allegany County.

* WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to 6 AM EST Thursday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the evening commute.
