Wellsville Police arrested Brian J. Goodrich, age 36 of Wellsville, charging him with Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Harassment 2nd. The charges stem from an incident that took place on West State Street on December 22nd. Goodrich was transported from the Steuben County Jail and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor. Goodrich was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $500.00 cash bail. Goodrich is due back in Wellsville Village Court on January 15th at 4:30 p.m.
