...WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM SATURDAY TO 6 PM EST SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 6 to 12 inches expected. Winds gusting as high as 30 mph.

* WHERE...Southern Erie and Wyoming counties and the western Southern Tier.

* WHEN...From 10 AM Saturday to 6 PM EST Sunday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce
visibility. The cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
