...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO 10 PM EST TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Snow and mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations of 3 to 6 inches and ice accumulations of around
one tenth of an inch expected. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph may bring down tree branches and result in isolated power
outages.

* WHERE...The western Southern Tier.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 10 PM EST Tuesday. Snow will
develop tonight, then change to mixed precipitation Tuesday morning.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel could be very difficult with snow and ice covered roads and reduced visibility. The hazardous
conditions will impact the morning and evening commute on Tuesday.
