Allegany County Sheriff Rick L. Whitney reports that on March 7, 2019,   Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Kevin J. Tyler, age 47 of Friendship, on a Violation of Probation Warrant issued by the Town of Cuba Court. Tyler was processed and arraigned in the Town of Friendship Court where he was remanded to the Allegany County Jail with bail set at $5,000.00 cash or $10,000.00 bond. Tyler is due to reappear in the Town of Cuba Court on March 12, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. for additional court action.

Allegany County Sheriff Rick L. Whitney reports that on March 6, 2019, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Ronnie L. Farrow Sr., age 59 of Andover, on a Fugitive of Justice Warrant out of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.    Farrow, who was being released from the Allegany County Jail on unrelated charges, was processed and transported to Allegany County Court where he was arraigned and released on his own recognizance.
