Sweden Township police have arrested a second person allegedly involved in a child sex case in Roulette. Police on Tuesday took 38-year-old Robert Wayne Sutherland Sr. of Coudersport into custody. His charges include:

Arraigned in District Court, he was remanded to Potter County Jail. Bail was fixed at $75,000. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for March 25th. On Monday, police arrested 30-year-old Autumn Renee Sutherland of Roulette. She was charged with 18 crimes, twelve of them felonies. Some of her charges included indecent assault of a person under age 13, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child under 16 and sexual intercourse with animals. Her bail was also set at $75,000.
