Wyoming County: Youth soccer treasurer charged with grand larceny

Thomas Foote, 56, of Arcade was arrested by Wyoming County deputies and charged with Grand Larceny in the Third Degree following an investigation into missing funds from a youth soccer organization that he was the treasurer of.  It was found that from August 8, 2013 to November 7, 2018 Foote allegedly took $21,019.21 from the organization and used it for his personal use.  He was arraigned in Warsaw Village Court and released on his own recognizance.
