A violent domestic dispute early Thursday landed two Eldred residents in jail. Pennsylvania troopers responded to 50 Bernard Drive in the borough. State police said they arrested 48-year-old Amy Mills and 62-year-old Scott Harris. Troopers leveled felony counts against both to include aggravated assault and strangulation and lesser counts of reckless endangerment and simple assault. The pair was arraigned in District Court at 3:30 a.m. Both were remanded to jail with bail set at $20,000. Both are due back in court next Thursday.
