* WHAT...Freezing rain expected. Total ice accumulations of up to a tenth of an inch expected.

* WHERE...Genesee, Wyoming, Livingston, Ontario, Cattaraugus, and Allegany counties.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 10 AM EDT Friday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute.
