VILLAGE BOARD MEETING AGENDA

Accept the minutes for the Regular Meeting held on May 13, 2019.



VISITORS:     Chris Martelle, Wellsville Volunteer Fire Company President

                        Andrew Gallagher, Dyke St. Engine Company President



MAYOR’S BUSINESS:

1. Request acceptance and approval of an extension of the noise ordinance in the Village on Saturday, June 1, 2019, for Wellsville High School’s prom to be held from 8:30pm to midnight at the David A. Howe Library.

2. Request acceptance and approval to hold the Great Wellsville Balloon Rally Parade on Saturday, July 13, 2019; lining up at 10:00am along Pearl and Loder Streets; parade start at 11:00am; and proceeding south to end at Dyke Street.

3. Present Resolution No. 18/19-22, to support a Local Waterfront Revitalization Program grant application, which if received, the Village Board is prepared to support the grant application with a 25% match in the form of in-kind and cash of approximately $5,000 over two years.

4. Request acceptance and approval for the Mayor to appoint Joanne LaForge of Wellsville as a designated representative on the ACCORD Board of Directors to serve at the Mayor’s pleasure.

TRUSTEES’ BUSINESS:

1.      Request acceptance and approval of the vouchers as listed in the Abstract of    Vouchers dated May 29, 2019. 

2.      Present Resolution No. 18/19-23, to perform maintenance on the State Street   substation and circuit breakers.

3.      Present Resolution No. 18/19-24, to purchase water & sewer jet vac truck.

4.      Present Resolution No. 18/19-25, to purchase sewer lawn mower & utility       vehicle.

5.      Present Resolution No. 18/19-26, to purchase water HMI controls.

6.      Present Resolution No. 18/19-27, to purchase a water pump & turbidimeters.
