6/20/19 10:53am- After investigating a child endangerment case in the Town of Friendship, state police arrested Michael A. Green, 24, of Cuba. He was charged with two counts each of second-degree criminal contempt and endangering the welfare of a child. He was released on a court appearance ticket.
