6/25/19 8:05pm- State police arrested Jeremy A. Ward, 21, of Friendship. He was charged with second-degree residential burglary, a class C felony. He was taken into custody on Maple Avenue. Arraigned in court, he was remanded to the Allegany County Jail on $10,000 cash or $20,000 property bond.
6/25/19 11:30pm- State police arrested Rickey L. Sherman, 30, of Portville. He was charged with felony luring a child to commit a crime, three felony counts of second-degree criminal sex act involving a child under age 15, three misdemeanor counts of second-degree sexual abuse, and one count each of endangering the welfare of a child and first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child involving sex or drugs. Sherman was remanded to custody.
