6/7/19 8:55am- State police said there were no injuries when three vehicles collided on State Route 243 near Willow Road in the town of Rushford. Troopers listed the drivers as Brand C. O'Donnell, 59 of Caneadea; Ronald L. Duvall, 65, of Houghton; Dallas LuCore, 69, of Centerville.
6/7/19 10:42pm- During a traffic stop on State Route 417 in bolivar, state police arrested Sherri A. DeYoe Hepfer, 42, of Olean. She was charged with driving while intoxicated, BAC above .08% and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on the highway.
6/7/19 8pm- State police arrested Arthur L. Roberts, 55, of Alfred. He was charged with trespass. He was ticketed on East Valley Road.
6/8/19 2:53am- During a traffic stop on State Route 417 in the town of Wellsville, state police arrested Daniel F. Matacale, 56, of Wellsville. He was charged with Aggravated driving while intoxicated, DWI, no headlights and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle. Court action is pending.
6/7/19 4:17pm- State police arrested Megan J. O'Dell, 30, of Savona. She was charged with felony tampering with physical evidence, obstructing governmental administration and making a false written statement. She was detained for court action.
6/8/19 6am- After investigating a vehicle crash involving personal injury in the town of Fremont, state police arrested Thomas R. Shaffer, 25, of Cohocton. He was taken into custody at St. James Hospital in Hornell and charged with felony driving while intoxicated, felony first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, misdemeanor criminal possession of a controlled substance and the following infractions:

1. two counts of having a controlled substance not in its original container
2.  no inspection
3.  no license
4. leaving the scene of a crash
5. moving from a lane unsafely
6. speeding.

He was detained on cash bail
