Pennsylvania State Police report the arrest of Cody Lynn Gorda, 28, of Galeton. He was charged with felony strangulation and misdemeanor counts to include simple assault and two counts of resisting arrest. He was also charged with the summary violation of harassment with physical contact. Arraigned in court he was remanded to Potter County jail. Bail was set at $10,000. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for June 14th.
